*Dally walks in seeming somewhat subdued and heads over to Blaze to place her order.*
“Howdy, what’s with the new help Blaze?”

“Oh cool, nice of you to take em in.” “I’m just going on a work trip soon that I’m not looking forward to. It’ll be fine, I just won’t like it.”

Blaze takes a guess. “Are you going back?”

Blaze stares at you for a moment. “Definitely a crappy deal. I wish I could give you words of comfort but.........sometimes going home doesn’t end well.”

“Yeah, I definitely get that.” *Dally sighs and looks down to the ground.* “At least I can keep a great distance between myself and my parents. If I couldn’t I’d just refuse and give up on this.”

“You can do this......just make it quick, and if you’re secretly a vampire right now, don’t let anyone at home know.” Blaze smiles. “From experience, it is not good to do so.”

*Dal chuckles a bit* “Yeah, I’ll keep that in mind. Just wish I didn’t actually have to go back at all. Lots of bad memories I’d rather leave back home.”

“Yeah......you can do this though. Can I get you anything?”

“Definitely.” Blaze leaves for a few moments, before coming back and handing you a cheezeburger and a bottle. “Trust me it isn’t anything strong.”

“Thank you very much, how much do I owe ya today?”

“Nothing. You’ll be dealing with mental payment later.” Blaze says instantly.

“Thank you, I really don’t deserve a friend as good as you.” *Dally begins to eat her burger.*

Blaze chuckles. “You went through hell in the past, I’m just evening it out.”

“I still don’t deserve friends as nice as you, especially since I’ve burdened you with my problems.”

Blaze sighs. “Do I have to remind you of my incident?”

“Helping you was just the right thing to do, anyone else would’ve done the same.”

“Yeah, but I’m nice to the people that treat me nice.”

“Yeah, that’s true, but you really don’t have to do anything for me if you don’t want to.” *Dally nods, but it’s clear she still doesn’t think she deserves this kindness.*
