According to Destinypedia, the last remaining locations that contain SIVA have been placed on lockdown by the Vanguard - hence Eramis’s failed attempt to retrieve SIVA from Outbreak Perfected.
Now that she has the darkness, she must not care about old human tech - now she can spite us.
I could see them finding SIVA somewhere like the exodus black, hopefully we get new fallen forms, SIVA fallen, and darkness fallen in this new expansion. That will make up for a lack of a brand new darkness race yet
