The replication chamber was destroyed, the Devils were scattered.
There is no lore reason for SIVA to come back.
The replication chamber was destroyed, the Devils were scattered. There is no lore reason for SIVA to come back.
There are SIVA containers on the moon and the tangled shore. Then there’s some on the exodus black. There is going to be more story to d2 after “Lightfall”. There’s still Calus, his daughter, worm gods, possibly a reformation of house devils after Eramis dies, etc.
-
You know there’s a difference between container and replication chamber right?
-
You know there’s a difference between container and replication chamber right?
Absolutely. Doesn’t mean what’s in the container can’t be utilized though. And if you look at concept art of Nessus, there was clearly enough on the exodus black for there to be an outbreak
-
Sorry bud but I do think someday it is coming back My reasons - Some of it is on Nessus - If any other siva is found you can command it to be able to build another replication chamber - Outbreak was trying to be stolen by Erimis to band the Devils together because it was like a holy technology to them so it is still relevant if Erimis is involved
-
Eramis the Ship Stealer, current head of the House of Devils, is the featured enemy of Beyond Light bruh
-
Doesn’t Exodus Black have Siva on board? Siva can be found by Fallen on Nessus and do what Fallen do
-
since when have they needed a lore reason to do anything.
-
Ha. This. This is funny. This is someone who doesnt keep up with the lore
-
The replication chamber in the Rasputin Bunker in the Plaguelands was destroyed. Remember, SIVA was a Clovis Bray thing, also Rapsutin can launch satellites/warsats anywhere he wants really.
-
Bungie could absolutely bring back SIVA if they wanted to. They almost did just that with Outbreak Perfecred
The replication chamber was destroyed, the Devils were scattered. There is no lore reason for SIVA to come back.
Whilst that is true. We don’t know if other replication chambers exist. Or even if SIVA is in other more hidden locations that we don’t know of. Whilst from a story perspective, bringing it back doesn’t serve much purpose, it could come back. It just depends what Bungie decide to do.

From what we know of Eramis, there is a story chance for it to return. We know she has united the last of the fallen houses, there may be some surviving splicers, not only this but some believe she was behind the siva heist when mithrax alerted us when we got OP

We know she is. She just didn’t directly participate, instead her loyalists did.
-
Well there you go. So not only is it possible for siva to return, it is entirely likely it could- even if at a minor scale
Well there you go. So not only is it possible for siva to return, it is entirely likely it could- even if at a minor scale
But the heist wasn’t to steal SIVA. It was for Outbreak Perfected. She’d need to find a completely new/untouched source of SIVA. And the chances of her doing that now are low as she seems to be using the Darkness now.
-
Ah, was unaware of the specifics. That makes sense considering OP is essentially a replication chamber in of itself

We know SIVA can exist and be programmed without the replication complex, look at the Splicers and Outbreak Prime/Perfected. It’s just a case that some would need to be found, programmed and then used. If some remains. It was meant to be a case that it would be included in the Exodus Crash strike, but that never happened.

Iirc, there's a replication chamber that was on the Exodus ships, we could see it come back from there as I don't believe it's one of the places being vaulted in the fall.
