Any of Blind well, Escalation Protocol, and Menagerie should have been match made from the start.
Instead of building a better Destiny (3) we’re going be choking on the fumes of a title that was flawed from launch and hardly ever got its head above water since.
How they can take the perpetual rats nest of problems that has been D2 and [i]commit[/i] to it - make it the de facto “Destiny” going forward - is beyond me.
Bungie doesn’t fix problems anymore. Or if they do, they’re drowned out by all the new problems they keep creating. They’re doubling down on this same old way of doing things and I’m not interested anymore.

Is that so? For the first time in 23 years I find myself completely uninterested in a Bungie idea. I’m sure I’ll check it out eventually once I cool off. But yeah it seems this is the direction of gaming these days.

I miss replaying a game from start to end because I loved everything about it. Not being forced to regrind refurbished content for the sake of a re-introduced weapon ._.

Yo, I’m right there with you. Maybe it’s because of my age, growing up with an NES, but I always appreciated a good beginning to end, repayable campaign. Without internet connections or other requirements. The fact that either Destiny title could never give that has always been a head scratcher to me.

I will STILL Sit there and do a full replay of classic SNES games. Zelda, Metroid, ChronoTrigger, Secret of Mana. Every time its a blast.
