I don't like the whole conversation about "Streamers".
Point is:
It has nothing to do with streamers.
They are bad people since when does it matter what job they are doing?
If someone got accused for harassment and you work as a baker nobody is like "Oh these damn bakers".

You are right that we shouldn't stereotype. However I think (to quote a prominent streamer), that the problem requires a deep reflection on this side of business. Making it generic will force cleansing of this unregulated section just like what Epstein case did with movie industry and what metoo did for TV shows like GoT. Those who are clean will be ok and corrupted should be worried. Hell, one of the streamer who made this video sounded like he knew what was going on but didn't take it seriously because he was scared about his career. This should not be a case in any industry. I was a big fan of Madonna (singer) when she was new and I was in my teens. Later, I read her biography interviews and how there was no support in the industry to stop her from being exploited I her teens, I felt sad. That's is how I feel about this saga.
