Wait so how fast is it?
I would consider it if it didn't detract from others experience.
Though forges are already one of the fastest activities so maybe I could just do them normal.

You must reduce your character level to below 750 light. Then just launch the forge and go sleep. Be sure to turn off the automatic power off if you're on console.

You can literally get to max power level in 1-2 days without even playing the game.

Wouldn’t you still have to change gear every now and then to get higher level engrams?

No, because the engrams have a bug where they decrypt at slightly above your current light level. Doesn’t matter what the engram says, it’ll always decrypt higher.

It's not faster, it's just you can do other things while u rank up.

If you want to afk farm grab a controller plug it into your console take out the batteries if on xbox and rubber band the thumbsticks then equip your lowest gear 750 or lower with weapons and slap any mask on from festival of the lost bam now your in a que with people also doing afk farming proceed to point and laugh at the people complaining about afk farmers.

Why that workaround with the controller? I just launch the forge and disconnect the controller from the console.

If you want to play and farm the mats and engrams faster then afk farming, do the “rage” nightmare over and over again its crazy stupid fast and drops the mats or engram 99% of the time

Yeah I'd do the rage NM hunts over and over and then when you go to bed afk farm overnight and get a free 8-10 power levels or more if you're lucky in the morning.
