People been reporting for griefing and sabotage (for solid reasons like kicking after raid boss completion) for ages and nothing happened. I think that report part goes straight in the recycle bin.

Its actually not that hard. There were some posts here about a whole clan doing this and with data to back it up a while back. They were doing it for fun just to spite other people. To this day none of them got banned or anything like that.

And, game history data shows who exactly is doing it. If division can square people away for this, destiny can too
