I believe currently it may be a glitch, but Bungie has talked about how they are looking into allowing titles to be earned multiple times for a reward. I hope this helps.

Thanks man! I want to get every title just in case there is a reward, and I’m trying to figure out if I need to worry about flawless and conquerer again

I would definitely do the titles again because it seems like in the near future there will be a way to show off that you have earned certain titles multiple times.

I can understand that but for me the fomo around missing one is crazy and I’m not trying to do these same two titles over and over for the rest of time 😅
