People’s main argument is that you have to re-grind for your gear.
They forget... you don’t grind for gear.
Only exotics and quests have grinds.
Legendary gear can be easily obtained.

Again, welcome to Destiny. Here we grinded LS for specific legendaries, NFs for specific legendaries, repeatedly paid gunsmith for legendaries such as Antiope or cryptarch for Last Hope or seasonal activities for seasonal legendaries, or did Gambit or Reckoning grinds for legendaries, or did EP or Altars grinds for legendaries, or.... Other than that just 'spot on' 🙄

No. No Altars Reckoning Gambit RNG Last Hope, Antiope, Dust rock Ether Doctor Horror's Least Mindbender's etc etc etc in D1. D2 was all about grinding legendaries. Even at best when they helped with grinds in Menagerie, it's still all massive grinds for legendaries.

No. I want mindbenders? I do 2 nightfalls and get one easily. I want gnawing hunger? I open 2 or 3 umbrella engrams. I want dire promise? I spend a few tokens. I want every waking moment? I kill a few hive. Exotics and quests are the only grind in destiny.

I got the curated twice and one decent roll... the rest were trash. A buddy of mine still hasn't gotten DFA after 102 nightfall runs. 7 hours straight of farming and got 0. Understand?

You do "2 NF s" and if you get one it will statistically be a trash roll. Same with all the others. So you repeat that until you get the roll you like or a godroll if you are persistent. That's called grinding. That's what players do, in D2, for legendaries, with random rolled stats. Yes you can get 100% trash easily - no wonder you support Sunsetting - loot, perks, godrolls, Destiny 2, all flew right past you. Exotics weapons are the only thing you DON'T grind for - they're static rolls and most competent players have all them and get the new ones immediately with the pass. Legendaries are what you grind for not exotic weapons.

I laugh at the people who grind to get that one roll that gives them half a meter more of range, pointless reload perks, a little extra damage sometimes, and an unnoticeable increase in accuracy. Like bro, grab one, you’re done.
