What is the date of your Season Pass purchase?
Based on the information available, you do not own the Season of Dawn Season Pass. This will cause you to not have permission to gain any Premium Track items for Season of Dawn.
Please keep in mind that Season Passes only cover one Season; they are not retroactive or proactive; they don't count for previous or future seasons, they give benefits only during the Season for which it was purchased or activated.

Ok, I understand it now. I thought that having the pass would grant you the old free premium rewards as well as future ones. I got the pass in May and it only applies for this current season. Thank you for your help!

The Season Pass simply unlocks access to the Premium Track for the season it's applied to. You still have to play the game to gain access to the items on either the Free Track or the Premium Track.
