Ever since I arrived, I made it my duty to protect the people no matter the cost. I perceive that the whispers may be possible threats due to their desire to annihilate anything not associated with the government, even if those groups benefit the people. My versatility may prove useful should war occur. If you were to accept me, my NS operatives (they're robots BTW) will follow as well and be a valuable defense.
