Oh, see I thought it was an Illuminati style group of spies created by one of Toasters former lackeys to attempt to control things from behind the scenes, only to be run off time and time again because the folks they go after are so obviously the biggest goodie two-shoes in the land that no one would believe they're capable of anything nefarious.
