There are no Lost Sectors on Io that have Cabal as the enemy. The only way to encounter Cabal on Io are either through a Public Event ot by running a Story Event on Io when it is the Flashpoint or by a Heroic Story Event if an Io based story is in the Vanguard Playlist.

Damn I could have sworn some had. Maybe because I have more experience running through these when doing Spiders Wanted bounties or Legendary Lost Sectors. Thanks for clearing up!

Normally, there are no Cabal in Io Lost Sectors, bu the LLS version of Sanctum of Bones has Cabal and the normal version of Sanctum of Bones also has Cabal in it if you are running the Blood Cleaver wanted bounty for Spider. The question you have to ask now is was Bungie wise enough to code it so that those kills count towards the Invitation bounty? They just now coded Warden of Nothing so that the Warden Servitor counts as a Fallen boss so I wouldn't hold my breath

Legendary lost sectors can be Cabal on io.

Ah, that is true. Normal LS's dont' have Cabal, but the LLS version of The Sanctum of Bones does.
