It's definitely something to do with the teleporting. As there is loads of reports if you do a Google search. It also happened to me twice today when i ran it. Had to come out of the shadow realm & do throne

I believe It is a Destiny game. I can run Forza Horizon 4 and my xbox is fine, however when I load D2 right now it makes my fan run faster. It’s as if the game is requiring more resources then the Xbox can handle. And yes I’ve cleaned my Xbox out.
