No arguments here. Snipers definitely need more flinch while ADS.

or the flinch needs to be altered so you dont get flinched into the opponents -blam!-ing head

Why not have snipers flinch downwards? This would make getting headshots through flinch much more difficult and wouldn't hurt PvE players with excessive flinch mechanics. At most you would get a lucky bodyshot, but never a headshot.

More flinch won't fix the fact that flinching again fixes it.
