His grenade sure didn't have to to completely deplete my health. He shot me once with his primary and threw the grenade. And that's usually all that it takes in most cases apparently. Really easy hits and kills. This is just one example. I could easily grab more clips since I see this type of thing all of the time. And I can easily find players who use the Shinobu's Vow spam strat. Pretty sure I don't have to share a clip of that to make my point about it.

It’s another strat, just like shoot a lane even if you don’t see anyone, they’ll eventually strafe into it. If they are both lazy metas and tactics, why complain about one when you are running the other? It’s a viable build, and from the looks of it, countered your laziness.

It's not like I'm using Hardlight and shooting them around a wall. Skip Grenades are more obnoxious than that. You just throw one of those bad boys into someone's general area and they go hunting for you. There's a notable skill difference there between that grenade and a legendary auto rifle. This clip was mainly just captured to show that damage. Compared to how other grenades are used and how effective they are, this one is definitely on a higher tier then most, if not all of them. A Fusion Grenade will do the same damage, but is just harder to use against a PvP enemy in just about every way. Skips will chase you much farther than other grenades with tracking mechanics and it can cover a lot of long sightlines. The one thing it doesn't do is remain in an area. It is extremely strong and easy to use. If it's going to have that kind of tracking, I think the damage should go down to balance it out. My options on how to react became very limited in just a second there.
