Hello, do you like my box?
*I pat a rather plain looking box.*
English
-
Is that... that... box?
-
It is that box, by one's person view point, and another box by another's. What do you mean by "that"?
-
The one with that inside of it.
-
Why yes! Yes it is! I'm very glad to find a fellow connoisseur of boxes, it's a very rare thing indeed.
-
I don't believe it is that box.
-
No? That's a shame. *Tosses the box up and down slightly.* It's a very good box all the same, has lots of thats in it.
-
This box doesn't have that in it. Otherwise, I don't believe you would treat it so casually.
-
Would I? Unless I'm trying to trick you into thinking it's not by acting like it is. And then I could be saying this now to try and convince you that it is in the box when in fact it is not.
-
You're a ranger, not some arcane prankster. You're an open book, which is why people trust and look up to you to lead. It's how you became a president.
-
The best sneaks are never caught, O old one mine, the best are not told in history. If you knew the game well, you would know this. *Throws cloak over shoulder and over the box.* But as you say, honesty is the best policy on Bungie.Net and anywhere really.
-
We haven't had a good thief here in a while, now that I think of it. We have our barbarians, clerics, paladins and warlocks, but no good thieves. Honesty is overrated, but useful.
-
We haven't? Someone tell the thieves that! Now thieves are bad. I can get behind a spy, even an assassin for the right cause, but thieves are cheats and lazy to boot. Now a burglar, that's a fine trade, don't you think?
-
An assassin? Aren't those a bit... evil... for one of your tastes? Burglars are fine. They can obtain things others may not be able to. I used to know a guy, a smaller kobold, one hell of a box-man I'll tell ya. He could sneak in with his small size and pick any lock I threw at 'em.
-
Sounds like a dandy of a kobold. Haven't met many meself, but then most try to attack me. Is he still living?
-
Oh no, he's long gone. A couple hundred years ago I believe.
-
That's too bad, I should have liked to meet him. Time goes by too fast, especially I'm sure for one of your age. This is off-topic, but have you ever been to England?
-
A few. Alternate realities are a chore, but different in their own right.
-
Ah yes, alternate realities. That can get a little confusing for us mortals. Been to Annwyn?
-
We’ve sent a head there. He never came back, I’m afraid.
-
Hmm, that's odd. It's supposed to be so peaceful there.
-
We presumed either that, or some place liken to the realm of torment. There are still a few heads stuck there to this day.
-
Ahh, likely the latter then. Or of course maybe they stayed in Annwyn after arrival. I know I would.
-
Perhaps. We're spread thin currently, but later we shall send a head to Annwyn.
