That is simply saying that you have the Last Word weapon in your inventory, not the ornament. When hovering over the ornament in the shop, you would see a banner that says "Already owned" if you do own the ornament. If you believe you do own the ornament, you may fill out the missing Eververse item form found here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13681
