When did you buy Shadowkeep.
"Weeks" could mean you bought Shadowkeep in the last season which you would have got.
Even if you bought Shadowkeep a hour 6 hours before the season reset you would have used your free season on last season of the Dawning.

Hi ~ Thank for you reply I bought the DESTINY 2: FORSAKEN at 3/14 , because that time DLC is on sales and it contain Season of the Forge / Season of the Drifter / Season of Opulence, My friend bought the SHADOWKEEP , but he got the season tickets will we all the problems resolve by the BUNGIE ? Ok this is getting confusing so I will cover most of the bases and if you can give more information if needed. 1. You said you bought Shadowkeep but now said Forsaken. They are different dlc with both only been sold in the D2 upgrade pack. If you bought just Forsaken you would have got the YEAR2 Annual pass with last years seasons which unlike now were not removed. So you got seasons Drifter, Forge and Opulence. 2. Shadowkeep comes with 1 free season you buy it in this free season applies itself to the first account it is used on it does not cross save or game share. So you said friend got Shadowkeep so at a guess you mean you got Shadowkeep from game share so you would not get the free season.

@GreatCyberboy yep, it is my mistake , what i buy is DESTINY 2: FORSAKEN , the frist question what i post is DLC Destiny 2: Shadowkeep 。 Thank for you help,After you explan i think i know what is go on there which mean DESTINY 2: FORSAKEN do no give away silver coin but Destiny 2: Shadowkeep will give you new one season ticket
