Spare has rapid hit and is terrible to farm but has a smaller pool to pull from.
Dire Promise has opening shot and is not farmable outside of dumping shards into a 30+ item loot pool, but u can still randomly get it just by killing a dreg

That's really the only difference is the farmability(?) I guess I just got lucky with dire and to be fair I haven't really tried to farm spare after I got one to drop because last season I was so into Ace of Spades I didn't really bother

More like 60+ loot pool now since theyve also added 11 armor sets.
