When you get bodied by a Revoker while you're having a shootout with someone else, if it was a regular sniper, there's probably a good chance that they wouldn't even have the bullet to do that with. That's a major part of the reason that it's hard to bait. It's basically Icebreaker 2.0 in a lot of situations too.
