Your subject line mentions wifi, have you tried hard wiring your computer to your home network to see if it behaves the same way?

Just used a LAN connection, same result. Still able to log in, but recieve elderberry error when i try to go to any destination.

I would try powering down your router and Internet modem/gateway and then unplugging both from power and leaving them unplugged for at least 5 minutes. After 5 minutes plug them back in and power your network back up and see if the problem persists.
