You can put requests to form a group on lfg (looking for group) sites.

Why make a post when you can make your own group?

Its like a one night stand sometimes. People do the activities and then leave. I have a lot of people on my friends list that i have done things with that i dont talk to anymore because they dont join the party or have moved on to other games entirely.
