I have made many posts before to no avail. Also like i said in the initial post people including me have watched vids but when it comes time to execute, the hands on experience isn't there. So when the activity fails and they notice it was because of you, you are kicked and back to square 1. And that's if you even have the gear to join at all.

Then go to the destinysherpa subreddit. There are plenty of lfg posts that I see of people trying raids and other shit for the first time. They always fill up quickly.
