I'm not big on shooters, to be honest. Im also not very good at them. But I recently convinced myself to buy R6:Siege (it was a debate between that and CoD), and I've fallen in love with it. To me, its a totally new way to play competitive fps. Everything about it is just brilliant, and once I get some more map knowledge under my belt, I'm going to enjoy it even more.
Fav operator so far?
Frost, ELA and the one that has everyone on speed dial. I only have the year 1 & 2 operators as it was on offer for about as much as a McDonald's, but im pretty happy with them so far. Started playing a bit of Hibana last night, too, but I can't get to grips with her skill. It's not clear on how it works or what button I press. I'm really enjoy how deliberate it is. Rounds get so intense and every move I make feels purposeful. I've been killed by bullshit before, but none of it has been cheap bullshit and when someone clips me through a hole in the wall I start developing that into my games. The sharpness of the rounds is also a huge plus - playing games is so snappy and I feel like I'm always immediately back in, despite the game itself being much slower paced.
