The Balancing of Supers Proves Bungie doesn’t do any Testing.
So the burning mail was underpowered in PvP now it’s absolutely insane. Matter of fact all three Titan supers are the best in the game. The Titan class is now the “easy mode” class to use in PvP. Congratulations Bungie.

Yeah, because there are only three Titan supers... Burning Mail outclasses literally everything, barring maybe a bottom tree Sentinel who gets lucky throws. Everything else is mediocre.
