The solution is quite simple, make Resilience count for something, in PvP if you're running max Resilience at 100 then NOTHING should be able to one-tap you, not sniper headshots, not shotguns, not fusions, not heavy, and not supers, all of these should have to take two hits to kill (this is the the cue for people to complain about increasing TTK). If you're running 100 resilience you're obviously sacrificing other abilities, you should be rewarded for that. Then you don't have to spend so much time nerfing weapons.

Umm, no. Titans would be OP then, since they already try to max resilience. How about maxing out your class primary star resulting in 5% DR? To keep us Hunters in check, that would [i]have [/i] to be raw stats only, excluding lightweight weapons, traction, Dragon Shadow etc. hidden bonuses.

100% this. It is just ridiculous to be at 90 or 100 resilience but still get 3 tapped by a 150 spamcannon (spam rations any one).

i think yes this would be good however i think that this is a little bit OP, as well the amount of extra health needed would be like 90 to 130, in order to achieve this as such that would destroy primary gunfights,
