I think the PvP changes are fine. Other than The Last Word (which needed to be tuned down; whether they did it too much or not is still something we need to wait and see, I think), they don’t really mean anything for people using the guns the way they’re supposed to be used (No more using a fusion as a shotgun with 3x range or a sniper you don’t need to hit a headshot with).
As for Izanagi’s, yeah I was a little confused at first but I figure it is because Outlaw wouldn’t affect the Honed Edge reload anymore so the perk would basically be useless.

The changes did absolutely nothing to address the main problem with PvP - the Spare Rations meta. All it did was neuter a few outliers and give AR's an extra bodyshot of forgiveness. A tiny bandage on a big gushing wound. Not my idea of "fine".

Dude, you keep pointing out how Rampant Spare Rations is! SR will always be the best HC until an even better one comes, and then you'll start crying about THAT! I never have problems with Spare Rations. If you want to out range and out shoot it, grab an Ace of Spades.

Nerfing outliers is fine. Changing those mainstays would be great. I’m not upset they didn’t, it’s not like it has an insane time to kill, range or anything other than forgiveness, which plenty of other guns have. With the shotgun changes, Mindbender’s may not be the best shotgun, meaning Spare Rations + Mindbender’s may not be the best set, meaning people may have to unequip their Spare Rations. I think having Spare Rations be the meta for a little longer is the least of PvP’s concerns. If you get upset dying to a normal gun, with normal perks, with a normal kill time, idk what to say.

Exactly, it's just a regular gun that handles well.

I'm so ready to see all this unfold. I'm a massive fan of the game and lore, but couldn't care less about balancing or grinding. All these people who waste hours of their lives and thousands of dollars just to cry when it gets taken away deserve all the pain this company and community give them

I just don’t understand how people are surprised. The only thing I’m upset about is a lack of buffs (which could come, we just haven’t heard many). The nerfs were honestly exactly what you’d expect. I think they hit some places a little too hard, some were just fine, and some may not really make a difference, but overall I’m not upset and I’m excited to see what comes out on top next season. I do feel bad for people who have just gotten the chance to get Izanagi’s and it’s catalyst recently though. I understand the frustration. But to make an omelette, you have to crack some eggs. Inevitably, someone will be upset.

I just got Izanagis like a month ago :(
