i like content as well as anyone, OP... but if this game is much more than 100G on my drive, it will get dumped really fast!
keeping weapons and mods in the loot pool is one thing, keeping huge chunks of content around forever will bloat the game to the point where people won't want to play it.

They aren't even removing it they are just disabling the use of the content, the whole "it takes up too much space" is a bullshit argument and if it is true then Bungie really just needs to get a new engine that can sustain Destiny. At the moment the game barely has any content and any new content is released feels rush low quality garbage. Every season the only "relevant" content you can play is the current season content and SK which they also reduced the actual relevancy down to the Raid and the Dungeon. I barely go to the moon anymore its literally just IO 2.0. Actually thats an insult to IO at least that had the Whisper mission on it and decent strikes unlike the Moon.

But if you play this game for more than ten hours every week, how can you pretend that freeing up or buying more storage isn't worth it? Besides, external storage is dirt cheap, even generic ssd are $30 for 300gb. I just cant fathom this complaint at all about storage space
