You would need to contact Steam support to potentially recover the account. Accounts cannot be removed or added to Bungie profile unless you are able to authenticate them.

I already did that and they replied with i should ask bungie.

Bungie cannot unlink accounts from user's profile for security reasons. As you have deleted a Steam account, it is an issue with Steam support, not Bungie. Also, you will need to deactivate cross-save in order to remove the wrong Steam. This will incur a 90-day security lockout during which you cannot reactivate cross-save.

I know but i can't deactivate crosssave because i have to autenticate the deleted account to do so. Steam can't do anything about it because a deleted account can't be restored.

Unfortunately there is nothing Bungie can do in this case. If Steam are saying they can't restore a deleted account then your cross-save cannot be unbound.

There should be a way. Why do i need to verify my account i mean who else would do that I linked them and I want to unlik them.

You can try and see if Bungie would be able to deactivate the cross-save for you by contacting them using the form at the bottom of [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]this article[/url]. Note that, if they do deactivate cross-save for you, you will need to migrate your active accounts to a new Bungie profile as the deleted account cannot be removed from the profile.

In order to link/unlink you need to be able to authenticate the account(s) as proof that you indeed own them. No one else but the person who has the login credentials to the accounts can do this for security reasons.
