7 RepliesThe title is slightly misleading, as the offender was arrested six times for petty theft and larceny since the bail reform took place last month. Still, you would think there would be some provision for repeat offenders of such caliber. Though I do love reading the Fox News comment section. Always a pleasure to see racism.
