This is not a bug, just a limited time title. Once a season ends the seasonal title can no longer be achieved. The same applies to the current seasonal title, Savior.

That's correct, but why is it still popping if it's not achievable, that's the bug. It shouldn't be popping if I can't earn it

You're not being taunted by anything. What popped up in your video was the notification that you completed the Season of the Undying [b]Collection Badge[/b], which is a different thing from the Undying Seal. The Collection Badge is required for the Seal, and can still be completed, even after the season ended. There were 14 triumphs required for the Undying title, including the Collection Badge. Looking at your triumphs, you only completed 5 by the end of the season, so you were still a ways off from getting the title, even if you had gotten Randy's.
