Same here.. currently the progress is gone, on both the Destination map and in the Tower Obelisk.

This may have been "fixed" as I logged in for a little bit this morning and noticed that the hologram above the obelisk was back and the progress was showing again in the Crucible map. Only three more levels to restore. . . Woohoo!! :D
