They should make telemetries naturally drop on precision kills first, with special weapons and heavy weapons increasing those odds, then do this: Make Banshee sell Rainmaker, Finest Matterweave, and Pure Matterglass Lens rather than making them RNG rewards from dismantles. They are purchased with weapon telemetry. Then they should buff/rework the current perks of these three: >Finest Matterweave now has a chance to drop multiple cores at once, say 3-5 max with low odds. Alternatively, give it a low-very low chance to drop an enhancement prism instead. >Rainmaker now applies to Finishers and/or ability melee kills with the same chances. >Pure Matterglass Lens now has a chance to gain bright dust from precision kills on enemies (a low amount of course, say 5-10, but still something more useful than damn telemetries); special/heavy precision kills will have no additional effects. That makes those consumables actually worth using and there's now an outlet for weapon telemetry.
