[i]A strong energy reading has been detected on Mars. Shortly after the fluctuation, a distress signal beams out on all Offtopia channels. “This is Anna Everest, calling for any help at all. Operation New Horizons has begun on Mars.”[/i] —————————————————— [i]A dark shadow rips itself from Anna’s body and enters the crack in the crater. The ground split open, and a giant begins to climb out. His eyes are completely black, and his long red beard stretches towards his chest. A long scar runs across his face, and he seems to stare at everyone at once. “I am Talios, Herald to Despair. Prepare to meet your doom.” He lifts himself and a giant sword out of the crack, and he towers over you. The sword begins to fall towards the earth as he plunges it within.[/i] —————————————————— [i]Anna wakes up inside of a strange ship and hold a hand to her head. It aches with pain. Whatever happened, she had no memory of. She rises to her feet and unsteadily walks to the window. Outside she can see several Offtopians fighting against Talios, and his sword plunged deep into the planet. Her eyes go wide and she sends out a message to everyone. “This is Anna, get the hell out of there! He’s going to destroy the planet along with you on it!”[/i] —————————————————- [i]The black hole above the crater opens, and Talios travels through. The planet has begun to implode, sending magma and churning up the crust of it. “All Offtopians, get out of there! Now!”[/i] —————————————————- [i]After a long fought battle, Talios escapes through a black hole. Mars is completely destroyed, leaving no remains of Veggie’s true home.[/i]
