Hello if you are located in AUS, a local fix was told that by using a Hotspot it can allow it to update it, unfortunately it seems to be an issue with how Sony is handling the update, rest assured if the hotspot fix doesn't work it will get fixed soon.

The hotspot didn't work for me, so I'm hoping they fix bloody soon.

Sorry man, if that didn't help you should try clearing your consoles cache and see if that helps before doing the hotspot trick.
