Edited by suttungur: 1/15/2020 2:12:04 AMI'm assuming you and your BF have separate PlayStations. Could you try and log in on his console and whether or not the reset then works? This way we'd at least know if it's an issue with the console or not.

One thing that could affect there not being weekly challenges available yet, is your power level. Your highest character is 901 with the artifact. Generally, the weekly powerful challenges unlock once you reach 900 PL. You would not see powerful weekly challenges on your other two characters yet.
