I’m so beyond frustrated with what the iron banner has become. The slog for heavy ammo has split the players into two camps. Those who go for the objective and those who throw the game trying to get a rocket kill.
The best part is neither side is having any fun.

I agree. Garbage. I can see if it was a pinnacle weapon,but being forced to use shit I dont like...just to turn in the tokens I've earned?? Get your heads out of your sss Bungie. I've stuck by you until now, but this is the dumbest nonsense yet.

What makes it even worse is the fact that you only get one shot so the quest-line even ends up making your own teammates, who have the same quest, fight over it

Heavy is shared by you and your team. Maybe...just maybe...learn to use your heavy wisely instead of wasting it on the first player you see..... the whole purpose of control is to control the map and spawns...

In a PvP environment you are not entitled to heavy ammo. If you want it coordinate with your team and control it. If you cant coordinate with your team, stay out of team based PvP. Having emotional responses and throwing a temper tantrum on a forum isnt going to get you anywhere.

Did you know even if you pick it up you only get one shot? You know this makes this grind long as hell because everybody is after the same thing and players that are trying to play to win are losing because of this, not everybody has a team... its just plain stupid... a lack of common sence... Youre a d@$$... :/

Nope, I’m with the majority here. There’s no justifying this. It’s turned Iron Banner from a game of control points A, B, and C into a game of control the heavy ammo spawn and been one of the most frustrating times I’ve had with this game in a long time.
