  • So what if they’re made for close range? SMGs are also close range weapons yet there are a few that can have effective range upwards to 30m. And the limiting factor for short range weapons should be their fall off damage and max range. Yet I’m talking about ranges before either are reached. Also, don’t just cherry pick one statement and ignore the other. Sidearm hit registration is also delayed at close range. And that’s a big problem for a close range weapon.

Every time I use a sidearm it's pretty consistent. Especially the new saint 14 one
