Was an issue on PC. Not console. Now with the range nerfs Ace is easily outgunned by faster firing archetype HCs which is why spare rations is popular on PC now.
Ace is already extremely versatile, and it's perk works more like kill clip anyways. Tarrabah and symmetry perks charge up and require multiple hits/kills
I really don't see the difference. From a PvP perspective, tarabah would be unstoppable if it could be stowed with the perk active. It greatly reduces ttk while ace ttk remians the same and is now hindered due to range nerf to HCs and the perk.
Because the perk increases damage so you'd have kill clip on standby all the time. No difference from what ace used to be expect tarabah's perk decreases ttk. Momento Mori does not.
But you need 2 kills for ravenous beast to get full. You can decide when you reload to activate it. Why not swap weapons in between without having the fear you lose you’re progress on the perk? Wouldn’t make any difference. But if you like to be forced to play one gun only regardless the range you’re target is, good for you. I don’t like it, but still love the Weapon.
