I just wish I could get on board with disengaging better. I get tunnel vision when in fights and get baited into pushing when I shouldn't. I fall for the dumbest sh*t way too much.

There’s a reason I structured the list in the order I did. Once you get to the peek shooting/ sight line management portion you should start naturally avoiding getting baited into over extending. It’s very hard to over extend if you are dedicated to being a strafe away from cover

if you have a friend that is better than you are, ask to play some 1v1 privates and practice running away. I've found that kind of environment much less stressful to practice new skills in because you are not really losing.
