Not to be a spoil sport, cayde uses void (opening stuff in D2 when he jumps and disappears) and he always uses golden gun.
I was more surprised he can do blade barrage.
Edit: okay people I get it. Transmat. Cayde is just so flashy, I assume he’d have something more obnoxious.

As the others said, transmat. ALSO, Blink is not related to any element and is only used in specific Subclasses because of game mechanics used to create different playing experiences in different Subclasses. Hunter Bladedancers used Blink in D1 as well, and are an Arc Subclass.
-
That’s interesting. I wonder why it’s “void” class now? Maybe it wouldn’t work with the arc subclass. I would like to see a stripper hunter use it to spook people in pvp.
-
Blink is seen in Void and Arc Subclasses in both games. Stormcallers use it in both games, Voidwalkers use it in both, and Bladedancers use it but they don’t appear in D2. But really, Blink doesn’t pertain to any element. Consider any Hunter or Warlock capable of using it regardless of Subclass.
-
Does that mean a titan can blink... A shoulder charging blink titan... No.
-
Well in lore Hunters stole blink from Warlocks.

Edited by Grays_KS27: 12/8/2019 10:56:07 PMA Titan could. Classes are only a system of organization created in the City Age, and don’t have any control over the ways a Guardian can use their Light. Maybe some Titans wouldn’t be able to Blink, but that would mean some Hunters and Warlocks wouldn’t be able to either. Shoulder charge blinks…oh no…
-
That was a transmat, rather than blink.
-
Really? Could have fooled me.

It was a transmat
