The bungie forums the bad part All 4 Reddits plus Twitter Facebook and Instagram are all very civil in there discussion and criticism The forums are full of people crying and complaining
-
This might come as a surprise, but all the complainers on here are just the loudest minority. That's not to say there isn't problems. Looking at you final assault. That being said Destiny community is normally very positive if you take a few minutes to look around.

I think the key to the real feeling is Twitter. Read any bungie tweet, 3-4 years ago every reply was praising them, thanking them for their hard work, these days there's 1/10th the number of replies and it's more hate than praise. I don't criticise too much, but many many forum complaints are justified and the bungie defenders really don't help things. Just like people spending big money on silver, it makes bungie think they can't keep on doing as they are. Without complaints and people leaving, we'd still be in 2017

That one astonished me as well. It was jaw dropping. So how automatic responses, little action of feedback and then doing whatever the -blam!- they want is great community service.
