Downvote because the Dev Team don’t need further distraction like creating or bringing back SRL. The game currently has enough problems that need to be looked at and rectified. Go play a racing game to get your fix. If D2 was in better shape I’d enjoy SRL as a holiday event-distraction from the core gameplay. But it’s not.

I'm Legend in Competitive, do my occasional raid, slowly raising my light level. I mean yeah, there's some issues, but think about this critically and not specifically. Think about other games that have way worse bugs and don't even interact with the community like Bungie does. It's not perfect, but I don't it's catastrophic. We've got time for fun, man.

I don’t need SRL brought to D2 to have fun...man. I want the FPS-MMO focus to be 100% all the Dev Team is working on. I want D2 to get back to being as fun to play as D1 if that’s even possible. SRL will not accomplish any of this.

So, despite how vague that answer was, let me run something by you real quick-- In PvE: Leviathan - Eater of Worlds - Spire of Stars Last Wish Sins of the Past Crown of Sorrow Garden of Salvation --- You've got the dungeons. You've got all flavor of strikes. You've got heroic story. You've got Black Armory. You've got Menagerie. You've got Escalation Protocol. You've got the Reckoning. There's pinnacle weapons, bounties every day, an all kinds of other stuff like the Red War. With all that, you've got [i]nine separate public areas[/i] to explore. PvP? Easy: There's 27 maps. Rotating featured playlists. Iron Banner. Gambit. Gambit Prime. So let me tell you this: it is nobody's fault but your own that you either play through all of the content all at once, back-to-back for an entire day, until you run out of things to do or you just choose not to play everything at your disposal.

Reskins and bringing back existing D1 weapons and armour is lazy Development. Porting over SRL smells the same. The nice recap of activities you’ve listed all share 1 common attribute. Do you know what that is? Think about it. What is something that every single activity you listed has in common?
