No. I see it more as a growth of the soul, that is dependent during this life on our choices. Some choices make that growth tend in one direction or the other, and at different times we may be growing toward heaven, and at others to hell. But at the end we will be able to look back and see our life, like a branching and bending tree, as having been all along moving toward one or the other.
It's not a perfect picture, and it doesn't quite mesh with the theological view that salvation in Christ is irrevocable (something I'm undecided on. I don't think you can accept Jesus, go murder babies, and expect heaven).

Hebrews 6 proves that salvation is revocable, everything that you've said thus far doesn't seem "out there". I find that people tend to make things as a rule oriented formula to get into heaven. The reality is John 3:16 and walking in repentance.
