Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. His characters are not lost but instead obscured by the active Cross Save account. His characters are completely safe, but cannot be accessed again until Cross Save is deactivated.

So there is no other possible way for you guys to help him at all? His name is - Madmatter5 Cause it's pretty ridiculous that he has two loose out two months of content because of your guess system hes not to happy about it if theres anything you can do to change that that would be great he really wants to play and not wait x amount of days , again his gt is Madmatter5

The 90 day lockout is a security measure. Your friend's only option is to disable cross save, then wait out the 90 days, and reactivate.
