Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, [b]even if not destiny 2 specific[/b]
[b]Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. [/b]
[b]There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans.[/b]

That's why I need an official explanation. Many other players' accounts in my side are banned in the same way. But the Bungie didn't solve the problem. That's what I'm talking about.

There is no problem to solve. Bungie's anticheat detected something either in your gameplay or on your rig that it felt it violated the game's policies, it then flagged your account for review, Bungie SRT Staff members then reviewed your account, validated the reason for the flag, confirmed it violated policy, then manually placed the ban. Bungie rarely replies to posts by banned players, so while it may happen, I would not hold your breath.

But this is the real situation. Many players have posted complaints on the forum, but the official didn't solve the problem. Sooner or later, many players will be lost.

Of course people are going to complain when they are banned, they are pissed off that they cant play because they broke the rules, that does not mean there is a problem. Bungie checks the bans before they are placed to make sure they are legit. Any incorrect bans are fixed within 24-48 hours but the odds are your ban is correct. And they are okay with losing the players they have banned, that is the point of banning them.

But I didn't use any cheating devices, and I was banned forever. I haven't played in a day. The system didn't unseal my account.

they dont explain anything on 95% of the bans and they won't unban you. You would be better served looking on your pc for restricted software that may have been running to cause your ban
