I’ve been complaining bout this non-stop and I never seem to get any answers. I shoot someone they never get flinch but when I’m being shot at I can’t aim worth shit. Before Shadowkeep I had enhanced unflinching sniper aim and it never worked

Enhanced unflinching doesn't do a lot but paired with no distractions and you got action.

Enhanced unflinching just lowers the time it takes to get back to zero during flinch. You still flinch at the same rate. That being said, good snipers know how to compensate for the flinch and shoot on reaction or read while the reticle is moving.

Because majority of people use snipers so the majority will downvote anything which is against their precious.
