Lmao so nerf everything? Scouts aren't a pest and recluse can be countered easily with ranged weapons or a quick counter i.e: mountaintop. Rampage doesn't do that much of a damage buff as Master Of Arms, which is 8 seconds. Most rocket launchers are inconsistent unless its Truth or Wardcliff Coil. Most subs are okay, but recluse is dominant because it's a bodyshot weapon. They already nerfed Spike grenades (the perk) so that indirectly nerfed mountaintop.
