I can't get Monte Carlo .. Got every other exotic random weapon in game keep getting duplicates from xurs fated engram's and duplicates from every night fall. I've grinded out probably over 100 night falls these past two weeks at 920 difficulty. While rewards are good Monte Carlo is no dropping. I'm level 110 out of 100 on my season pass and even that fated engram dropped an exotic that I already had as well as all the ones prior to if through the season pass. Something has to give bungie .. I shouldn't be running into this problem.
